The Justin Boot company began as a boot repair business in
1879, repairing the boots of the cowboys who rode the Chisholm Trail. Each pair
of boots were custom made from a fit kit that measured the length and width of
each foot. The Justin Boot company settled in Ft. Worth TX in 1925.
Inspired by the need for a dress code in the
Rodeo Cow/boys Association (now the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) the
Justin Roper was developed from a re-design of the existing Justin Wellington
boot. Now Justin boots are known world wide for their quality and dependability.
