Measure from heel out to longest toe with ruler or tape measure.
If their foot measures 6 and 1/4 inch --- You should order Size 9
If their foot measures 6 and 1/2 inch --- You should order Size 10
If their foot measures 6 and 7/8 inch --- You should order Size 11
If their foot measures 7 and 1/4 inch --- You should order Size 12
If their foot measures 7 and 1/2 inch --- You should order Size 13
If their foot measures 7 and 3/4 inch --- You should order Size 1
If their foot measures 8 and 1/8 inch --- You should order Size 2
If their foot measures 8 and 1/2 inch --- You should order Size 3
If their foot measures 8 and 3/4 inch --- You should order Size 4
If their foot measures 9 inches --- You should order Size 5
If their foot measures 9 and 3/8 inch --- You should order Size 6
If their foot measures 9 and 1/2 inch --- You should order Size 7
